Food Allergy

have any of you had yourself tested for allergies?

since i've been learning/reading so much about allergies, i'm starting to wonder if i might be allergic to anything. i have had mild psoriasis on my scalp & elbows, sometimes on my knees since my early 20's & my nose is constantly stuffy/runny. in the past my bloodwork has come back w/ markers for inflammation but they said that could be "anything". i'm thinking of possibly visiting an allergist for myself. is skin prick testing accurate on adults or would it have to be bloodtest? are either accurate in adults?

I had the skin prick testing done a year ago. They tested a ton of things on my back and arm. I ended up having a bunch of allergies to outdoor things and an allergy to peanuts. He didn't order any blood work so I'm guessing that the skin prick test is pretty accurate seeing as they put the actual allergen under the skin.

the skin prick was very accurate for the tons of enviro allergies I have.  Here's what mine looked like (at the bottom)
