Constant contractions NOT dilating!

I apparently have an irritable uterus this pregnancy. I am SO OVER IT! It has been a good thing I havent had baby yet because she would have been early this whole time. I have been on bedrest for 15 weeks due to shortened cervix but now I am going crazy. Been sent home from the hospital 3 times for preterm contractions where I will litterally contract for 24 hours every 5 minutes just like I am in labor.
I am to the point where I am going crazy. I am soar, tired, weak, and just cranky! I need to dilate. I am now full term and completely off bedrest yet the contractions dont seem to be going anywhere other than driving me deeper into crazy town. This is my 3rd pregnancy I know babies come when babies come so I am half venting here and half looking for your tricks to dilating. Got any? I know sex and walking. And yes, yes I am only 37 weeks not 40, I know this. Thanks ladies for listening/offering tips to dilate.

Oh I know at this point I am delivering in my living room. It's so frustrating. I have had 2 babies before and there is nothing different between what this is like and my last labors. I have honestly felt like I was in labor all 3 times I went to the hospital. The nurses keep saying you will know when its different. I call bull! On top of that I have super duper fast deliveries. I pushed 3 times with first baby and once sorta with second. She mostly just came out on her own. So I am terrified of hanging out at the house so long in disbelief that anything is happening and then getting to point of oh sh*t we are having our baby in the car!
