Ttc and worried about weight gain

In sept.  I joined weight watchers and a gym and over the past months I have worked so hard to lose 20lbs and really get a good workout routine.  I am 35 and my dh and I don't want wait any longer to try for our 3rd child.  I get morning sickness and am looking for advice tips to continue working out throughout the first tri and entire pregnancy.  I realize being pregnant equals gaining weight but I gained 60 lbs with each of my previous pregnancies and would like to keep it down this time.

  • Just make sure you eat healthy foods, and if it really is that big of a deal for you talk to your Dr about how many calories you should be taking in during your pg- and keep track of that.
