After all the stuff I went through baby Blake was born on 5/4 he was 6 weeks early he was 4lbs 15oz 18in.
I have been in and out of the hospital and if I wasn't at the hospital I was at doctors. Monday April 30th I had a doctors and she said she didn't think I was going to make it another 2 weeks. That day I was so tired and sick. I packed a bag for my first son and told dh to take a shower because I felt I was just going to have him. Well we went to bed at 11pm and I didn't wake up until 6am to thinking I went pee because my underwear was wet. I went into the bathroom and I had a full bladder I yelled to dh who didn't get up at that time. I was sitting there and then I just started pouring I didn't know if I was going again or if it was my water so I kept yelling for dh. He finally got up came in and I told him to look and see where the fluid was coming from. He could tell why I have no clue lol but he said it was clear.
I stood up and it
was still pouring out so I told him to call his dad to pick up our son.
We finally got to the hospital at 6:40am and was in a room my 7am. The
nurse put me in the l&d room even though she didn't think it was my
water. The on call doctor finally makes it into my room they check and
it was my water. She tells me I will be staying until Friday and if I
don't go into labor before thats when they will induce me. I had
contractions from Tuesday to Friday but no real changes in my cervix.
They had me on all kinds of meds so I didn't get a infection. They also
checked my fluid on Thursday and I only had a very small amount of
fluid. Friday at 2am they started the pitocin I slept on and off until
7am when the nurse came in and asked why I didn't have a epi yet I said I
wanted to wait she asked why and I didn't know so she call him in to do
it. I was so happy after I had it and this one really worked.
9am my
doctor comes in and checks me no change. She comes back at 12:40 and
told me I was only 3cm and maybe 75% she said by then I should have made
a big change and they already had to stick tubing in so they can fill
me with water because Blakes heart rate would drop she said its because
he had no fluid.I had to sign all the paper work for a c-section.
