How do I insert an image?

Sorry, for the dump question, but how do i insert an image in a post.

I clicked insert image and then I get a window that says "image URL", etc...instead of the regular window where you can browse your documents to pick from.

    If it is an image on the web I just right click-copy- paste.  Its been the easiest way for me.  If its not on the web it needs to be.
