Another clothing question--Any "layerers"?

One of my DDs has gotten into a phase that she wants to wear multiples of the same thing.  For example, this weekend she had on 3 pairs of underwear, 2 pairs of pajama pants, and 2 dresses, all at the same time.  During the day I've been successful at limiting to 2ish pairs of underwear and a normal outfit, but at night, she's a little more crazy (was going for 6 pajama shirts tonight, but I cut her off at 2! :-) and it's not because she's cold.  Does anyone else have a kiddo that does this?

    My DD hasn't every layered like that but she has been unbelievably picky about her clothes since she was 18ish months and could take them off.
