If you nip, and you don't use a cover...how do you latch baby w/o people seeing the goods?
I would like to try and think once baby is latched I would be okay w/o a cover...it's just the latching and unlatching that bothers me. I normally don't wear large shirts where it can drape down over LO's head if that matters.

Re: NIP w/o cover ?
Nursing tanks are great for that. Also, sometimes I use a blanket to just throw over us while latching, and then take it off for the active nursing.
Finding an out of the way corner also helps. If you turn into the wall or corner of the booth (if you're at a restaurant) it gives you a bit more privacy too.
I think I just use LO's head to block the view. I cradle his head in the elbow of the same boob I'm feeding, unlatch my bra with the other hand, through the neck of the shirt, and kind of guide him on with the elbow. NIP is admittedly not the best feeding we do, but it's fine in a pinch.
I actually find nursing tanks to be the worst for NIP because my entire boob is exposed, instead of being covered by my pulled-up shirt. The best NIP outfits, IMO, are tanks or tees (not too tight so you don't have to expose your entire stomach and back when you pull up) with a cardigan.
