    Oh my goodness.  I have 1000 symptoms, but this is not one.  Why is it that you feel like you are sitting on a cheese grater?

    Probably because my baby is apparently HUGE :). and basically, if I sit at an angle, I'm fine, but if I try to sit like a normal person I get shooting pains.

    I tried the ice pack, and that helped- I'm going to talk to my doctor about this, because surely this is not normal.
