After years of struggling with infertility issues (PCOS since I was 16) and 15 medicated cycles we finally got blessed with our son. We got lucky with our 7th IUI using stims...Now we are back on the roller coaster to try for another miracle..IVF cycle in May resulted in a chemical pregnancy. 2 snowbabies FET 7/16-transferred 2 blastocyst...Faint bfp 4dp5dt!

So if my gonal-f pen has 415iu in it..and I did 2 doses of 150iu...then did another does...I would have only gotten 115iu right??? So then I did another 37.5 from a fresh pen.... To make up for the missed dosage..... Is that what you would have done too??? I should of started a new pen after my 2nd does...but didn't think of it till after I did the shot....

All med cartridges are overfilled. If you dialed your whole dose and the pen didn't stop, you got the whole dose from the first shot. Typically my follistim cartridges were overfilled by 150 iu so I would always use it.
If you dial a dose in and the pen stops (physically stops) before you ER your full dose then you switch cartridges and needles and do a second shot of whatever amount the pen stopped at.
