  I bake them at 400 for about 45-50 minutes, then mix some butter, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt and pepper in. Then you pour the mixture into an 8x8 pan, top with pecans, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Sooo good.
