How long should it take an oven to preheat to 400?

I am sure no one has actually counted minutes but how long do you think it should take?  I'm wondering if my oven is on the way out (crosses fingers it is LOL)

    Our's is old.  I usually turn it on about 15 mins ahead of time.  Is that long?

    Takes my oven about 9 minutes.  Seems long to me, but I'm also eyeing new stoves ;)

    New electric ovens actually take a long time, ESPECIALLY if they're energy star rated.

    I turn mine on about 15 min prior.

    When ours was not heating properly it was just one part that needed replacing.  This was a gas stove.

    Ours is gas.  I'd guess about 9 minutes.

    I think mine takes about 10 minutes. I usually just turn it on while I am prepping what is going in.

    About 10 minutes. It does a countdown while preheating. I checked it once to see if it was actually at the right temperature when the countdown was over and it was so I guess it works.

    The Nest/Bump sucks and won't let me change my location. I'm in Arkansas, not Florida.
