I know every cycle is different, but it's hard not to compare. My last cycle, I was uncomfortable by day 3 of stims. Today is day 6 and I feel pretty good apart from the bad headaches and bouts of crying. I'm paranoid that nothing is happening in there.
Tomorrow is my second scan. FX that I'm not canceled. I know I'm a late bloomer, but I'd expect something by now. Crap. During my first scan, the tech said, "Everywhere I look, infertiles. Infertiles everywhere." Can't wait to see her again. And might I also add that I hate that word.

SAIF/PAIF Welcome

FX crossed everything is fine. This cycle (natural) I was so much more uncomfortable at ovulation than I ever was during my IVF cycle, so the # of egg's doesn't necessarily tell you what's going on in there.
If your tech says that, accidently have your leg jerk-into her face.

It's an uneasy calm, isn't it McIrish? I'm really feeling over this whole thing.
People use the word "infertile" in such a terribly derogatory manner. Am I infertile. Hell yes, but I'm a lot of other things too. I'm with you on the STFU recommendation. She ought to look for new work if the sheer number of infertiles bothers her so.

I hope everything's OK, Sweetie.
I was concerned during my IVF cycle because my ovaries weren't anywhere near as uncomfortable as they were during all 6 of my IUIs but lo and behold my follies were doing just fine.
It's such a mind bender ((BIG HUGS))
ETA: that u/s tech sounds like a total a$$hat. I hope you never have to see here again.

FX everything is ok! I know a lot of people complain about feeling really bloated during stims, but I never felt anything! I never had to get out the yoga pants or anything like that and I also had to be on stims for an extra few days then they thought because I too was a late bloomer. They got 15 eggs so hopefully you have the same luck.
As for the tech...I would complain and request to not see her again. That is out and out rude.

Tons of love and ((hugs)) to my IF sister NMscubagirl
FWIW, the only time I felt anything happening with my ovaries was with my first IVF. I didn't feel anything with the other 2 and responded about the same (8, 7, and 5 mature eggs). Also, the last cycle I KNOW I had more, but the RE had a hard time getting to my left ovary so all 5 eggs came from righty.
Sending you lots of positive vibes for your u/s tomorrow!

check out my blog!
I hope everything is fine! For IVF 3 - I also felt nothing at day 6. I was a late bloomer, which was different than my previous two cycles. The ladies kept telling me slow and steady is best - and they were right.
FX you don't get cancelled and you are growing some stellar eggs!!
