Vent: so frustrated

Excuse me, I need to vent for a moment and don't have anyone I can say thios too in real life.  I think I am ovulating right now and I'm so anxious waiting for DH to get home so we can have sex.  I'm afraid when he finally gets home he'll be in a bad mood and not want to have sex, but we have no choice.  We ended up not doing it last night b/c he got home so late and was in a bad mood and we cannot afford to miss any more opportunities.  According to my temp and CM i think I'm o'ing right now and we need to seize the opportunity.  I can't handle another wasted month, especially if we squandered an opportunity.  I'm dreasing having to go back to the RE and I wish DH would get his act together.  I want a new baby sooo bad.  Sad

    There's nothing like TTC to take the romance out of sexy time.

    Just one question, however-- who is this man who doesn't find BDing a perk, especially when he's in a bad mood? MH would be ready and willing if he was in the middle of simultaneously fighting malaria, influenza, and the plague.

    I'm actually watching Scrubs reruns and the episode with Carla and Turk TTC is on-- he's complaining that Carla's focus on the TTC part is sucking all the fun out of the sex. 

    I hope DH is in the mood to be in the mood when he gets home. GL!

    I know!!  That's what I keep telling him.  He should be looking forward to this. 

     

    My husband is not the ready and willing type either. Apparently it's not that uncommon. In his case he is tired a lot from working a physically demanding job.

    Good luck and I hope he was in the mood!

    Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

    I am totally in the same boat and it sucks.  I think I ovulated last night so the clock is REALLY ticking.

    My DH has been traveling all week - we are meeting today in DC for a wedding - my train gets in at 3, his flight at 3:30 - he has to be at the rehearsal at 5.  We were texting this morning and I told him we had to BD right when we got to the hotel and he told me to stop pressuring him! Ha ha!  He says we'll do it later, after dinner and I said "no way!" we need to do it before and....  OMG just rereading what I wrote - I am crazy.

     

    Me: 37 DH: 37 TTC since Jan 2012. RE consult and initial testing done in Aug 2012: SA fine, AMH 1.1 & HSG clear - on way to IUI but got BFP on 9/10/2012. m/c 10/3/2012 at 6w5d. BFP next cycle which was a c/p. IUI #1: Clomid 100mg 12/6= BFN. IUI#2 (unmedicated) Jan 2013 = BFN. Hysteroscopy 1/25/13. IUI#3 Clomid 100mg 2/23 = BFN IUI# 4: BFN. IVF #1 April 2013, BFP!  EDD 1/12/14 with Boy!
