I heard that you shuoldn't be concerned about poop for 3 days but the pee thing is strange. I would watch that and call the pedi if he hasn't had 3 pee diapers in 24 hours.
*sigh* still no word from the pedi but he did finally pee after having him do naked time. But he screamed the entire time he peed and then refused to eat and cried himself to sleep on my shoulder. The ask a nurse line suggested that if he is still having problems in the morning or if he gets worse tonight to bring him in I hate it when LOs dont feel 100%

maybe he has some sort of infection that is making it painful for him to pee?

Agreed. I think its a bit weird to go so long without a wet diaper.
