Its official, I am going to hate summer.

So I live in the Midwest and yesterday and today it was nice, actually pretty warm and it sucked. I did not think I would have a problem because realistically by the time 3rd tri comes it will be late summer.

Well I did not know how hot I would be already. DH says I feel like I am radiating heat. Also, I am so just ugh uncomfortable and just feel yucky. So with the heat yesterday and today I am just miserable.

Not to mention that the amount of hair growing on my body is doing so at warp speed so I would have to shave my legs twice a day to wear shorts etc and that is the last thing I feel like doing even once.

Ugh am I being a huge baby or is this common?

We had a 90 degree day like three weeks ago and all I could think about was how happy I was that we didn't move to a townhouse that we looked at and loved, but it didn't have central air. We have central air here and I plan to soak it up alllll summer!

I live in Bermuda and we're just getting into our warm/hot season. Our a/c has been broken for nearly three months, which hasn't been an issue until this week. I am about to rage on our landlord!! He says it'll be fixed tomorrow but we'll see. I plan on pruning up in our pool all summer, not sure how I'll handle it when the water is as hot as the air, bleh. I'm with you, definitely not looking forward to summer!

I feel the same way, summer is going to SUCK! I've already told my husband to just get over the fact that we will have high electric bills this summer. My husband says the same thing about me radiating heat...meanwhile I am shivering under a blanket. And I'm also getting sick of all the hair...why can't it all just grow on my head??!!??

We bought two airconditioners on sale last weekend. One for the living room and one for the bedroom. Hopefully this will make it more bearable.

We have central air thank god. I'll probably end up cranking it so DH will just have to deal with it. My hair hasn't been growing too bad. It seemed to start out bad and now its kind of slowed down. I assume it will pick up in the summer but that's kind of normal for the warm weather.

My DD wants to be outside all the time when we are home so the fact that it has already been 80-90 here is not helping me look forward to the summer at all. The heat is already bothering me. I have a feeling I'll be bribing her a lot to come in or buying a big giant plastic pool for the back yard and sitting in it all day long.

I could deal with the heat if this MS goes away. I prefer to be cold so being hot an nauseous is just pretty much miserable for me. I could stand heat if it wasn't so darn humid here. It's going to be pool time or AC time and nothing in between!

You're not being a baby! Growing a person is hard work, and the heat coupled with my hot flashes..wooooooo! I am already miserable, and it wasn't even 80 yesterday. Today and tomorrow it will be 80+ and I just thank God that our townhouse has AC!

I am going to hate summer too, I can feel it now! I was in Tenn. earlier this week, and it was mid-80's. Well, we were walking around trying to find this restaurant and finally asked a local who said it was "1 or 2 blocks" away. Obviously people in Gatlinburg don't know how distance works, because it ended up being like 6 or 7 blocks away. A preggo woman walking uphill in the hot sun on a hot day = miserable!!

Outside of that, I always seem to swell during the summer, especially my hands and feet. Can't wait to see what pregnancy will do for that

So I'm wearing a super sexy, totally breathable, thigh high compression stocking on one of my legs. I can't imagine how bad this will be in the actual summertime...

When I was PG with DS (Nov 2008 baby), summer was NOT fun... humidity insane in the Midwest... sweating constantly, could never cool off even in a/c... and here I am to do it all over again - I must be a total glutton for punishment...

Oh, and having a 5 o'clock shadow on your legs the same day you shaved = not cool either...
