first try on clomid

So I called the dr today and i'm going to be starting my first round of clomid on sunday!! I'm so excited and also scared to death! Anything i should be concerned about or should be expecting?!

Good luck!

I just finished my first round of clomid a week or so ago. I had a pretty constant headache, was nauseated, and a sobbing mess. Then I became super bloated. Fun stuff!!

I went through two rounds. What dose are you taking. I had no side effects at all either month. I did this through OB unmonitored which is not suggested but it worked for me.

I had heard that hot flashes and being emotional were the two most common side effects. I'm taking 50mg on day 5-9. I'm praying it works first try!!

everyone may experience it differently , i had hot flashes and moodyness not fun at all just took two rounds and i'm not going to use it anymore

I was on 100mg for 3 months (got the triplets the 3rd month), and took it for 2 months trying for pregnancy #2, but it wasn't working for me that time so we moved up to injectables.

I took mine with dinner or before bed, to sleep through the side effects. I had night sweats and some b!tchiness

Triplets!! how exciting!! but scary as H*LL!!

I think taking it at night would be good to sleep through the se. I'm so nervous! DH is already not real thrilled about doing any meds (just because we've put it in God's hands...so he (we) feel kinda like we're taking our trust out of Him and putting it elsewhere) but I want this to not be stressful for him...so i'm mainly stressing the moodiness!! I've got to stay on top of that! Even if I am moody, I don't want him to see it!!
