Not that I'm really in a pattern yet but its looking like about twice a week. With DS it was about once a week but he was a January baby and would get really dry skin after a bath.

It was every 3 days, but we've upped it to every other day because sometimes I was missing the 3rd day baths for some reason and it'd stretch to 4 days and her neck would get super irritated with spit up/formula/gunk.
I plan for every three days but sometimes more often if we have a bad blow out. Once she's a little bigger I'll put her in the tub with my older two every other day.

I hate giving baths. We'll probably try for twice a week at this point, which is how often we bathe DD1. Right now DD2 isn't a big spitter and is pretty neat with her bottles so she doesn't get super dirty.
2-3 times a week. I try to wipe down his face and neck with warm water every day because he has baby acne. And we do some warm water clean up on his behind too, to prevent diaper rash.
LO's circumcision is still healing (we had it done at 1 week old), so I gave him a sponge bath and washed his hair yesterday. He had a full bath before we went to the Dr. on Monday, and he loved it, until it was time to take him out! His hair looks greasy the day after he's had a bath and I can't stand it, so I definitely make sure that's done.
Once a week. She has really dry skin, so I don't want to bathe her too much. I will wipe down her face/neck with a warm washcloth more often, though. (And I would do extra baths if she had a blowout, but we haven't had any of those yet with her.)
This week, I took her in the shower with me, and she really liked that (and it was easier to do), so that's probably what I'll do from now on.

Every other day. I love her smell as well when she is all clean! I would do it every day, but her skin is still too dry. Once, its better I will bathe her daily.
I live in the desert and LO has some serious eczema, so twice a week (and 1 or 2 neck wipe downs in between). Any more is too drying on his poor skin. We lotion him up with aveeno several times a day (per our pedi) and doing a little hydrocortizone on his face twice a day. He also has aveeno bathwash. Poor little guy.
