HCG shot question

I just had my HCG shot today (to lengthen my luteal phase not to trigger ovulation) and I have slight pain from the injection - very mild.

Just curious what I should expect today, if anything. Did any of you have any side effects? Or was it just another normal day?

Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
BFP #1 6/22/09 EDD: 3/2/10 DS born: 3/8/10

TTC #2 since Dec 2011
BFP #2 7/8/12 EDD: 3/18/12 M/C @ 9w1d: 8/16/12

    I have only done a trigger shot twice but didn't have any pain or other side effects either time.
    DD conceived naturally in 2009.  TTC #2 since August 2010.  Praying for guidance as we decide what's next.

    One month when I triggered the injection site was really sore.

    I had mine last Wed and Sunday I was super tired, like 1st tri tired. A lot of folks on here said it's probably related to the trigger.

    Same for me.  I was passed out on the couch by 9pm tired.   

    Me: 30, DOR with a FSH of 12.5
    DH: 31, no issues
    4-6/2012 100mg of Clomid + trigger + IUI/TI = BFN
    7/2012 150mg of Gonal-f + trigger + IUI = BFN
    8/2012 Surprise unmedicated BFP!! Due May 8, 2013

    Good to know. Thanks, ladies. I'll warn DH that he gets bedtime duties that night.

    I had diarrhea for the full 2 weeks after my shot, and the first time I was very sore where they stuck me.

    Same for me...like pass out on the couch in the middle of the day tired. My DH is still amazed I feel asleep in the middle of the day.

    I've had 2 triggers in the past and just had my 3rd one on Monday. I've never had any symptoms except soreness at the injection site. It felt kind of bruised. That went away after a couple of days.
