I get the Worst Mother Award today - nbr

I am so upset. I signed up to do "Muffins with Moms" today from 8-8:30am this morning with my son for an early mothers day thing his school offered.I totally forgot about it until his bus driver mentioned the bus stop was awfully bare this morning because they were all at school with their moms.

I am so upset. I'm just hoping my kindergartner didn't notice when he got to school. I seriously can cry some tears right now. :/

    Aw don't be so hard on yourself!! It is hard to remember every single thing and obviously you feel bad enough already! Why don't you make muffins with him tonight?

    This. My son is still a pretty little guy so he won't remember anything but every time I mess up and forget something special I was supposed to do with him I always do it anyways just me and him or we go out together and do something else fun. Kids are quick to forgive and forget, especially when something fun gets to happen anyways! Don't beat yourself up.
