    I think I used to do something called "workout" a long time ago... you know before DS started turning my dvd player off....

    I do this if I workout at home. I used to watch Flavor of Love. Now THAT was fun! ; )0

  • I like listening to Offspring, Greenday and ACDC frequently when working out - most of their songs! But sometimes it's fun to throw in club-pop songs like Golddigger, Bringin' Sexy Back, My Humps... random huh? Whatever gets my feet moving!

    Yeah, I listen to everything from Lil' Wayne, to Gnarles Barkley, to Moby. Variety is fun. : )
