Going back to work after 1yr with a preemie who still has health issues

My sweet baby was born at 34weeks and is now 9months old but still having a few health problems, I HAVE to go back to work now, but I need a new job with more flexible hours. I need help with the search. Ive been diagnosed with postpartum depression. His dad has immigration issues & has become a huge a%#$hole that just refuses to help daycare. UGH!!!!

Suggestions anyone

    That's tough. Do you have any support from family or close friends? Maybe you could move in or at least near them so they could help out. My DS has some medical issues and it's really tough, especially when you have to find a new job and know you'll need a flex schedule or time off to go to Dr appointments and the like.
