...that the January 2013 moms now have a board? Someone just posted about this the other day, wondering when the bump was going to update the boards. Wow, hard to believe it's been right around a year that most of us got our BFPs. May 12 will be a year for me. And it's even more special to me since the next day will be my first Mother's Day.
I was just thinking about that! I found out may 21st! I think it was the week after mothers day. That weekend I was upset because I thought AF was going to come any day, but it never did!
Haha, we found out May 6th which was the week before Mother's Day and O remember my husband jokingly saying "I guess this means I better get you a Mother's Day gift." We'll see if he actually remembers to do something this year CRAZY how fast the last year has gone!

That's when we found out, too. And Mother's Day was the 8th. I remember because that's when we conceived!
I got my BFP on May 14th. I was supposed to wait two more days before testing (we had IUI) but I kept smelling BBQ sauce that was on a napkin in the trash even when I was across the room and I just had a feeling that I might be pg. It's amazing how much can change in a year.

I don't remember the exact day, but I remember it being on a Friday after I missed my period. It was in May and one of my ex-technicians turned intern was out of school wanting to meet up for lunch. She was the first person we told, since she was the first person we saw after finding out.
I don't remember when I got a positive on the pee stick, but I know we got our positive beta results the Tuesday before Mother's Day, and they were the best numbers we ever had (I had 2 previous chemical pregnancies and an ectopic - and this pregnancy was the result of a frozen embryo transfer).
I can't believe it's been almost a year already - exactly one year ago today I was preparing for the transfer (our 4th in total) and wondering what in the world we were going to do to keep going forward with building our family if it didn't work.
Married 08.06 Started TTC 05.08 Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH DH: perfect 1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p 2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!
May 4th will be one year since my BFP. I can't believe that's this Friday already! I can remember thinking January was so far away! We ended up telling my parents on mother's day... Which would have also been my grandma's birthday. And we used her name, Donna, for Lexi's middle name.
Wow. It feels like it was much longer than just a year ago. I started suspecting I was pregnant on vacation in Italy (I had morning sickness and threw up all over Cinque Terre) but waited until I was back in the US to take a pregnancy test. It was such a long week suspecting I was pregnant but not being able to confirm it!
Wow, hard to think about a year going by already for most of us with BFP. Mine was actually in June, May 13 was the start of my counting. DD was 3 weeks early.
Funny aside, I clicked the Jan 11 forum by accident on my phone and didn't realize it right away. I had clicked a teething thread and started wondering when posters were counting how many teeth thier LOs had.

Wow, I have the exact same story! We went to Italy for two weeks right after we conceived, I felt fine in Cinque Terra but got really queasy in Rome on our last night there. I had been charting so I was suspecting I was pregnant but I ditched the thermometer for the vacation so I wasn't sure. I took a test the day we got home, May 21st!
I was just telling DH that we were almost at a year since DS was conceived. It's crazy to think how much time has passed since we found out we were pregnant.
I found out on may 18, 12 days after the fertility clinic called and left a message on our answering machine saying that based on my u/s that morning I was ovulating and they recommended we have intercourse right away. Lol. It is slightly bittersweet for me because May 18 is my grandma's birthday and she passed away on June 23. We got to tell her that I was pregnant but she never got to see any ultrasound pics or anything. We gave DD her name as a middle name and I know on that day I will be thinking how lucky I am to have my beautiful daughter but how sad I am that my Grandma didn't get to meet her.

It doesn't show up yet in the list on the left hand side of the page - I saw it by clicking on "community" then "birth month".

Oh my gosh, so not ready to be the mama of a one year old. Time is FLYING by. Thank goodness we still have a while before all the first birthdays.
It is so exciting to think of where I was a year ago...I literally remember it like it was yesterday.
