MRSA is that something they check with blood work? When Wes gave blood yesterday the ladies said something about needing a lot of blood so they had to take blood from him arm instead of his heal..I wonder if that is what they was testing for..thanks

    To test for it they will culture the wound.  You can get it in your blood stream, but I serouslly soubt he has that.  That is much harder to get.  He is in daycare right?  If he has it he probably got it there, but really it could have been anywhere since it is so rampid through the community.  A lot of people get it in schools, the gym, and so on.  They get a better blood sample at this age if they stick him in his arm vs his heel so that is probably why they did it.
