CP: If you use disposables

What brand do you use? I like Pampers cruisers. I bought the Walmart brand once and I no joke had a leak at least once a day. I was so disappointed. They were $10.00 cheaper!!!![Poll]

Re: CP: If you use disposables

  • I love Huggies!!!! We used the Walmart brand once because they were that much cheaper and we had leaks too! I hate them. We've also used the Target Brand and those were better than the Walmart brand but still not that great.

  • We use Earth's Best and love them. One of the best parts of them is that they are fragrance free. I can't stand the scent that most diapers have.

  • We used to use Pampers, but tried Up&Up (Target) brand to try to save some $$ and I feel like they work just as well.  In fact, now when I've tried to put Pampers on her, she gets a bad diaper rash!  No rash with Up&Up, and they're almost $20 cheaper for the club pack.

I was using the Pampers Sensetive, but just tried Luvs since they're cheaper and I really like them, so I'm switching.

  • I've found Huggies to be the best for DS. I like Pampers too, but prefer Huggies. Those are the only two brands we've used.

  • Pampers here. I tried up&up and they leaked and gave him diaper rash. I was so disappointed!  So much cheaper and they seem to work for everyone else :(

  • I prefer Pampers, but they are just so darn expensive.  Taget/Up&Up are my second choice, but we're using Huggies right now since we went to walmart for our diaper run...I wasn't brave enough.

  • We use a combination of Pampers and Kirkland (Costco) brand. I only buy the Kirkland brand now, but I stocked up on Pampers via Amazon when all those coupon codes were out while we were pregnant. So I'm still working my way through those in each size as we move up.

  • We use Pampers Swaddlers now, but I'm trying to figure out what to use when he outgrows size 3's since they don't come in 4+... I tried Cruisers and wasn't a big fan of them, but I think I'll try them again.  A co-worker brought me some Sams Club diapers in size 4 that I tried over the weekend and they seemed OK, but not as absorbent...

ETA: We tried Up & Up and I did NOT like them!  I know most people do, but they did nothing to mask the scent.  I felt like I spent the exact same on them as I did on Pampers over the same amount of time because I had to use more because even with a little pee in the diaper it smelled like he was soaking through that I'd have to change him more frequently.

Exactly this.  I have not found a single diaper I like besides Swaddlers.  I hate Baby Dry, Cruisers, Kirklands, Luvs....I really hate them

  • We like Pampers Sensitives the best. We've tried several store brands and they all gave her diaper rash. =(  So I don't know what I'm going to do when we've run out of the Pampers Sensitives option.

  • We CD now due to rash issues.  However, back when we used sposies, I preferred Pampers when it came to name brand.  I did not care for Huggies, but would use them if that's what we had (MIL bought us a ton of diapers).  When buying my own, we bought UP&UP from Target and never had an issue.  Luvs were fine, but still not my favorite.

We never had leak issues.  However, we have not even had leak issues using CDs, so maybe I just don't have a heavy wetter.

  • We were using Pampers and Huggies because they never leak for us, however the bigger the size the more money they are as everyone is well awares, so I was talking to my friend the other day who has 2 children older than mine and I asked her what she uses she said BJ's brand diapers, I have used them for about 2 months now and we have had no leaks at all and much cheaper than pampers and huggies.
  • We use Pampers Swaddlers and I get them through Amazon's subscribe and save. I feel like I'm getting a good price AND I don't have to run all over town to find the sales/coupons/etc. I've tried Huggies and Luvs, and never really had leakage problems, we've just noticed a better fit with the Pampers. I feel like they run a little smaller/snugger, and that works for my skinny guy.
