  I've had success with fresh lemon juice and vinegar.  Let it sit.  Come back 15 - 20 minutes later, sprinkle baking soda, splash more vinegar and scrub with a stiff brush.

  This!  There was a tub scrub on Pinterest from Martha Stewart's website that was a baking soda paste, and it worked great.

  I use baking soda mixed into a paste with full strength peroxide and it gets pretty much every stain out of every surface.  But, as a disclaimer, all of my crappy apartment tile and counter work is white.  I would test it on a small spot of any other color if I were you.  Also, don't use it on natural stone.
