transfer / bed rest sickness?

Okay, I'm slightly new to all this. I just had my embryos implanted on saturday... which i was told to take 2 days of bed rest and then to take it easy... luckily i took the whole week off of work. today is my offical 'take it easy off bedrest' day. I've been finding that i can't stand for more then three minutes without the urge to vomit. I just was curious how long it took for some of you others to get over the IVF transfer and to feel like your somewhat normal self.
