Is this the manicure/pedicure question. I laughed. I think she wanted to use the massage chair whlie getting her pedicure but wasn't sure if she should.
I've been getting foot massages my entire pregnancy thus far, HOWEVER there is some research that suggests there are certain pressure points on the foot that could cause you to go into labor. I actually go for weekly massages at this place that specializes in prenatal massage and they avoid your feet all together there.

Aren't foot rubs one of the perks of being pregnant?

I completely agree and that's why I've been getting them, but there is some research out there that says it can happen. I think they would really have to get deep in there to stimulate whatever nerve it is that would bring on labor. I'm certainly no expert on this though and don't know of it ever happening to anyone, just sayin it's what I've heard.

For some reason I just find this hard to believe.

Found this by googling "foot massage and labor".
