Waking up with bloody nose?

in 3rd Trimester

The last few days I have been waking up stuffy/congested, and when I blow my nose it is all bloody/mucus. I am not sick/don't have allergies, and I feel fine the rest of the day...I put away my humidifier last week-could that actually be a factor? (It is almost May for goodness sake!)

Wondering if this is a 'pregnancy thing'? Anyone else?

    yep, happened to me a few times this pregnancy (and i NEVER get bloody noses).

    It's a pregnancy thing.  I've been like this for months. It's miserable.  I say get the humidifier back out.

    Yup - happened to me Sat. night except I didn't realize oit was bleeding afterwards and got blood on my sheets and pillowcase.  :(

    Pregnancy thing. From all the increased blood flow and stuff like that. I usually wake up with dried blood in my nose.

    Yep, I put my humidifier away last week and sure enough - bloody nose yesterday. Time to get it back out!

    If I don't sleep immediately next to the humidifier I always wake up that way. Probably best to keep it out.
