I take a PNV and DHA because I'm pregnant. I also take folgard for the MTHFR. I also take vitamin B2 and magnesium oxide to prevent migraines. A total of 9 pills a day! For vitamins!
I'm supposed to take an iron pill, because my iron levels aren't very good, but I can't stand the side effects. I really need to be taking a vitamin, but I'm take 4 pills a day, for other things, that I don't want to add another one. Stupid - I know.

Pre-pregnancy, I just took 2 of DD"s gummy vitamins. There is something on the casing of regular vitamins that makes me nauseous or throw up. Now I am taking a prenatal that is a capsule instead of the regular hard vitamin.
During the winter I take vit.d but otherwise I don't take anything.. I found I was low on iron during my pregnancy and then fully switched to using cast-iron pans and that worked perfectly! Oh and if I feel sick I take the vit. d also.
ETA:
I did take a pre-natal the first year I breast-fed. (and during my pregnancy)

Fish oil/DHA -- for depression/anxiety

Vitamin D3 -- because it's supposed to do all sorts of amazing stuff
B vitamin complex (including folic acid) -- also for depression/anxiety
