WTF appointment

So after I work a night shift tonight, I get to drive an hour straight to my first WTF appointment...  I'm trying to write questions down, because I know I won't be thinking clearly.  I was wondering, what questions did you ask during this appointment? What was something you wished you asked but you didn't?  I know I will also be doing alot of listening...but I feel like I should be prepared.

    I've never had a WTF appt and I hope I never do. I just wanted to wish you good luck! I hope your RE has something good to say.

    ugh, I'm sorry.  I would ask about protocol changes, what the dr. feels went wrong (if anything), other changes to make for next time . . .

    I can't remember the specific details of your cycle, but if you had any concerns, now's the time to raise them.

    Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
    3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
    3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
    4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
    PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls
