best slow flow bottle that is similar to breast??

My daughter is not a preemie, actually she was 40w4d and 6lbs 11oz at birth.  However she does have feeding issues.  She takes 45-60min to feed at the breast despite adequate supply and does a lot more non-nutritive sucking than nutritive.  When she takes a bottle she takes it quickly like any other baby but aspirates once during the feed with about 70% of her bottles...and I mean aspirates, coughs, and starts turning blue until i can get her to breathe again.  Any advice on the slowest flow of a bottle I can get so that she is less likely to aspirate and less likely to give up on on her effort with breastfeeding?

    Once DD came home, we started using Dr. Brown's bottles with the preemie nipple. DD did much better with those than with the bottles they used in the NICU.

    CHOP sent us home using Dr Brown's w/ prem nipple to try and I had Tom Tip's on hand - just wound up using the NICU bottles until he was done.

    Wait, I didn't fully read this because I was chasing DS and we get a lot of this - but not your situation. If your child is turning colors go straight to the ER. None of this is all right and it could be something they need to take a closer look at - ask about silent reflux and a ph probe test! GL! I'm so sorry I didn't read it all the way before!

    Go back to the hospital.  Turning blue is not okay.  She may need thickened feeds or have another issue going on.  If she is aspirating milk it puts her a much higher risk for pneumonia.  Please get back there asap.
