BRU VIB card?

Does anyone have this?  Do you find it to be worth it?  I feel like their stuff is pretty expensive in terms of diapers and formula.

    We are doing cloth diapers, and I found that Target's prices are cheaper for formula.

    When we were using sposies, the Target brand was pretty cheap and they worked well.
