Meatless Monday = easy bean salad

Can of chickpeas, can of black beans, can of white corn (all drained & rinsed). Mix with 1/2 a small white onion, a bunch of chopped chives & a red pepper (all chopped). Dress with 3 tbsp olive oil and a few dashes of tabasco. So yummy!

Im going super easy tonight and making BLT's with habanero cheese and fried potato rounds
