Did you have a 6wk pp check or 8wk pp check? I keep hearing about girls on my BMB going for a 6wk check, but my ob had me schedule for 8wks so I wasn't sure if it was because of being a MoM..

    I had a 6wk pp check but had to reschedule for a week later and they didn't care either way.

    6 weeks for both of mine. With DS1 I pushed it out farther but went in at like 8 weeks but was set for 6 weeks.

    6 weeks, but it actually was more like 7. The nurse told me it wasnt that crucial (6 vs 7) but the visit that was crucial was the 2 wk incision check.

    I had a 6 week check, and I was fine then, but was still told to wait until 8 weeks for strenuous activities like running.

    I went at 2 weeks (to get my steri-strips removed) and at 6 weeks. I guess it really depends on your OB what they usually want.

    I had the 2 week incision check and then the 6 week follow-up.

    1 week to check my BP, 2 weeks to get the steri-strips removed, 6 weeks for the postpartum check, and 8 weeks for my IUD.  Unless you are on restrictions or are having issues I wouldn't worry about it being at 8 weeks instead of 6.

    I went at 2w PP and 6w PP.
    m/c 7/17/10
    Dx: MFI- 3% morph
    IUIs: Gonal-F + Ovidrel + b2b IUI= BFNs
    IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
    3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
    Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

    FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
    Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
    BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
    6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    6 wks but I don't see the harm in waiting for 8 wks.  All she did was as how I was doing, do an internal check, look my incision, and talk about birth control options.

    Mine first appt was sooner but I was having blood pressure issues. The actual follow-up was scheduled for 6 weeks pp.

    I had an intial week after surgery and then a 6 week check up. I believe I went back at 12 weeks to just because I had longer lasting bleeding to follow up on.

    I had a 6 week check up. I had a 5 week check up with my singleton but that was because 6 weeks would have been Christmas day. I wouldn't worry too much about it being at 8 weeks. It just means two more weeks before you potentially get okayed for sex.

    I think I went in closer to 8 weeks, maybe even 8.5w.  I can't even remember if I had a 2w incision check.  Actually I probably did because they took out some staples.
