Potty training regression 1 month in?

We started potty training on April 1st and she took to it right away (this after a terrible experience trying in January).  We did the three day method.

 She really hasn't had an accident since day 2, except sometimes the pooping in the potty is hit or miss....we have been working on that.

Today she woke up and has had three pee accidents.

Nothing has changed and she seems fine health wise.  Does this happen?  I didn't make a big deal.  Just reinforced to tell me when she had to go.

    I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone.  We were about 3 weeks in with hardly any accidents and then one day she just refused to use the potty when asked and started having accidents.  That lasted about a week.  I think she is getting back on track now.  So yes, it seems to happen!
