When I got LK up this morning and changed her diaper, it stank of ammonia. I've never had this problem before. She was in a goodmama fitted that we've only used twice (the first time for overnight as well, but there was no ammonia stink that time). We bought the goodmama used, though - so I have no idea of its past history. Should I strip that diaper?

It's not uncommon for ON diapers to smell like ammonia depending on how long they are worn. Urine breaks down after a while (like in a diaper that has been on for many hours) and one of the byproducts is ammonia.
Since it is used, you could soak it with a little Blue Dawn just in case. Just make sure you rinse it well before you put it in the pail. But honestly, I wouldn't worry since it didn't smell the first time.

Re: 3rd ammonia ? of the day, sorry
I would just rinse it, and throw it in the pail.
