Pregnancy makes me miss...

1. walking, not waddling

2. being able to get up off of a couch without scooting and/or rolling

3. running up/down the stairs

4. being able to scoot all the way into the kitchen table

5. a dry shirt after washing dishes

6. sleeping on my back

What else do you ladies miss that you never realized until you got pregnant?

    All of these, plus wine, my "normal" shoes, wearing my wedding ring and sleep  (in general, not just on my back).

    2-sleeping on my stomach

    3-moving around quicker-I feel like everything I do takes forever!

    I cannot wait to start losing weight. I wasn't the happest with my body before but I won't ever complain again!

  • I want to be able to drink a glass of water without having heartburn!

  • sushi, motrin, wine, and DEFINITELY not waking up every 30 minutes just to roll over (I know I'll be up for feedings though).
  • Clothing that fits!!!

    Not peeing every five minutes

    Having a lap for ds to sit on

    Wine

    Not being in constant pain

    Being able to hug dh without turning to the side

    2. Feeling dry throughout most of the day (sorry TMI)
    3. Soft cheeses! (I miss feta and blue cheese)
    4. Being able to get out of bed in the morning without groaning

  • Being able to brush my teeth without dribbling tooth paste on my stomach... For some reason it is a magnet to food, tooth paste, water, and anything else that will stain the few shirts that I have left that fit!

    5. Having more than 2 pairs of shoes to wear

    6. Not having cankles

    7. Sleeping on my stomach

    8. Sleeping without waking up every hour to pee

  • All of the above plus:

    Having enough energy to do anything 

    Wearing pants that don't roll or slide down

    Strawberry Margaritas!

    Peeing and actually feeling like my bladder is empty

    Life before regular bloody noses, excessive coughing, and chronic congestion

    Being able to walk/move without feeling like my legs are going to give out or snap off

  • The two best things I've done since I had my daughter (other than all things related to her) was lay on my belly and go hours between pee breaks. It's so nice to not have to pee as soon as I lay down!

    This...EXACTLY!!!!! And I want to be able to roll over in bed in a single movement, not 10-15 painfull little movements.

    LOL!! Every single time I get out of bed or off the couch I tell my husband not to look ;). I need the entire space of the couch to roll myself off and then brace myself to stand up. It's absurd! :)

Ready to have my cute, skinny feet back, sleep on my stomach, go withouth constant back pain, wear pjs that aren't DH's, roll over/ get up in a single movement, lose the heart burn, be able to take migraine meds, & a nice margarita on the rocks with salt... yum. But I won't get that until after breastfeeding is done...

    2. Riding horses with DH

    3. Traveling (at least in the last month or two)

    4. Zumba

    5. Did I say drinking? ;)

    First came love, then came marriage - Oct 31, 09
    Then came a miscarriage March '11
    Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12

    Waiting on our second little peanut!

    All of these, plus having hands that don't hurt all the time from being so swollen, sushi, fresh mozzarella, a Blimpie Italian sub (haven't had one since HS but have wanted it since the day I got pregnant), being able to roll over in bed without a soundtrack (you KNOW what I'm talking about)....
