Has anyone been to Cotton Babies store?

We have one near the Portland area. Have you been to one of their stores? Do they have a good selection?

I've been to the Vancouver store. It's small, and I didn't think they had a huge selection of cloth diapers, but we were going mostly so my husband could see them in person. One of the employees there was very helpful and took a lot of time talking to us about the different types of diapers and cloth diaper accessories, as well as washing routines, etc.

My CB store in STL has a large selection. Bumgenius, Thirsties, grovia, econobum, flip, wool, and I'm sur I'm forgetting some. Plus they had all the accessories. And the other half of the store was baby/child stuff. Really an awesome store and the employees are so helpful. Neat fact: all the employees had their baby with them, either in a carrier or stroller. Also, they sell used dipes on Tuesday's and regularly carry seconds.

It's been several months, so I don't really remember - definitely Flips and bumGenius, some prefolds - but I was mostly interested in the Flips. I've since been to a children's store where we live (about 2 hours south of Portland) which has a wider selection, IMO. Still, I did like the Cotton Babies store and would go back if I were in the area again.

Does anyone know if the Portland area store has the used deal on Tuesdays? I haven't been to this store but did just go to My Precious Kid in Hillsboro this weekend- they have a big selection of brands (they have a list on their website)

Yes they do! I've found some great deals on Tuesdays in their used bins.

Off the top of my head they carry: BG (all), Flip (all), econobum (all), grovia AIOs, FB elite, KL fitteds and contours, thirsties covers and fitteds, itti bitti tuttos, swaddlebees, bummis covers, PFs and flats, woolybottoms, Joey Bunz hemp inserts, etc...

They have a decent selections of items that don't compete with the CB brands. So, they don't have a ton of other pocket brands for instance but it's worth checking out. The do sell used diapers on Tuesday.
