Paint okay??

Hi, I'm five weeks pregnant, and we just moved into a new house (military so we move a lot). Does anyone know if it's safe for us to paint right now??

    Just don't eat the paint and make sure there is plenty of ventilation.

    we're military as well :)

    as long as their is plenty of ventilation you should be okay, we painted over the weekend, well H did, but he just made sure the ceiling fan and the box fan were on and I actually didn't even smell the paint. Have fun making your new house a home :)

    We just bought a house and every single room will need to be painted.  It will take forever if I don't pitch in, so I'll be painting in about a month.  Last time my dr. said it's fine as long as there is good ventilation.

    We will be painting soon as well. We got a crib at a garage sale that will need to be sanded & stained & a friend is giving us a changing table, that will also need to be sanded & stained. I figure all should be ok as long as it's a good ventalated area. I also plan on wearing a mask, due to the fact my allergies are ridiculous anyways!
