XP/Mults: Should I be Concerned/Call?

Hi, all.
So... I've had, to date, a non-eventful pregnancy. At my last appt, two weeks ago today, doc said my cervix looked "beautiful" and all was fine ("boring" was his exact word).
This weekend, I had to travel for work and did a bit more walking and whatnot than usual. Since then, I've felt baby A, always the one down lower, seemingly shift to an even lower spot - and when she moves, I swear it feels like she's dancing on my cervix. I've consulted Dr. Google casually and see this isn't uncommon. But I also feel, when I walk around normally, added pressure - nothing major, but... - down there in that region.
Should I call the doc on this? Next appt is a couple of weeks away...

Me: 32 - Stage II Endo / DH: 36 - Low count and morphology (1%)
IUIs 1-3 BFN, lap Dec. 2010, IUIs 4-6 BFN
IVF w/ICSI #1 - ER 2/8: 24R 19M 9F ET 2/13 2-5 day blasts (no frosties) = BFP - b/g twins!

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
