Actually several states are considering the ACT, especially with the move to Common Core Standards. The amount of money spent on coming up with individual standards and tests for each state is ungodly.
Oh, I agree Auntie. I think it is crazy to imagine going through all the trouble to get a 504/IEP (not that it would even work) just to get more time on the ACT.
I was horrified that the article seemed to suggest that that is what was happening.
