tylenol dosage help!!

i had the old infant tylenol so i knew the dosage for thatfor dd.  she is 16.7 lbs  and got .8 ml  just had to run to store and they only have the new stuff  anyone knoe the correct dosage?

    I'd call your peds after hour nurse.  DD takes 1/3tsp based upon her 4m wt at 13lbs.

    160mg/5ml correct? At 15lbs they can have 3ml. We give 2.50ml with DS 16.12lbs.

    yep, totally will depend upon concentration.

    I gave ds 2.5ml (80mg) after a vaccination a week ago based upon a weight of roughly 16lbs.

    b/w=FSH 15.6, AMH 0.4 surprise natural BFP on 3/12/11
    DS born via unplanned C-section at 40w6d
