Urologist appt tomorrow!

This is our first urologist appt and I just wondering if anyone has some input on what questions I should ask. For some reason, I'm just drawing a blank. I've been thinking about this appt for awhile and I guess I'm just nervous and I can't think of anything specific to ask. Some help would be awesome! Thank You!

    A lot of the answers would depend on your or your husband's diagnosis. Can you elaborate?

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome

    I can't really decipher the S/A, but it's either low count or low motility.

    So, I loved the urologist. He was so kind and explained everything I asked for. I like him more than I like my OB/GYN (I've been considering switching dr's). Anyways, results were low count but the lab we went through didn't specify how low so he would like a repeat SA at a fertility clinic that will specify how low, etc. We also did BW today to check DH hormones. DH seems to have a varicocele in one and not sure about the other. Depending on SA and BW we may have to do an U/S. He will call us with the blood results and he wants us back in 6 weeks.

     I was very pleased with this visit. I was nervous it was going to be a quick in and out that most doctors do, but he was wonderful. I will keep everyone updated.
