No. Diapers are their own load, unless it's something like the changing pad cover that got pooped on (which just happened earlier this week!).
Married 08.06 Started TTC 05.08 Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH DH: perfect 1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p 2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!
Diapers are their own load. If poop gets on clothing from a blow out or change, though, I'll throw those in with diapers. Or if my PT'd son has an accident, I'll put those undies in with the diapers, too.

Not usually because I don't have enough room. Sometimes I throw random stuff that's already downstairs like a bib or a random piece of clothing. I throw it in after the first cold water soak/rinse.
I'll throw in peed or pooped on clothes with them, but not just regular clothes laundry.
Same here. If a onesie or pajamas get wet, I'll put them in the wet bag with the diaper when I change her.

I do. Mostly because we're basically living in our living room currently, and I'm not using my big hanging wet bag, so I do a load when my smaller wet bags fill up. I run the diapers through a rinse cycle before adding the other stuff, though. I've even washed our clothes with diapers. If I'm washing it all on hot, I'm not worried about germs or anything.

Re: Do you?
I don't, mainly because we make enough diapers a day to make their own wash load.
I have washed the odd diaper (usually one DH sprayed out and left upstairs) with clothes.
