ET done and a bedrest question

i had my transfer today. it was a 5dt and we transfered 3 embies, 2 rockstar ones and a slacker one!

i am flat on my back for today and semi reclined tomorrow. what are your REs recommendations??

    I was in bed for 48 hours after transfer.  I was able to get up to go potty and for meals and then back to bed.  I didn't have to lay flat.  And I didn't get up for meals.  I just ate in my bed.

    I think all RE's are different.  One of my friends was told not to lay in bed and encouraged to walk for the extra blood flow to the ovaries.

    Congrats on the transfer! I did the same as winofairy. 48 hours of bedrest and just taking it easy.

    Can't answer the bedrest question but just wanted to say good luck!

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    I haven't had a cycle of IVF yet so no advice, but good luck! I hope one of these embies stick!

    Good luck!  I just did 1 day of bedrest and then took it easy the rest of the time (no heavy lifting, etc.).

    Me:40 AMA, DH:36 0% morph, TTC#1;

    GL to you! Congrats on the awesome embies. I rested for the rest of the day and was told to take it easy after that.

    I was told to go about life, just take it easy (no heavy lifting, jarring movement, etc.)

    Ditto PP- I was just told to take it easy, did not have to bedrest.
    dx: MFI 0% morph & low count. Occasional Anovulatory cycles.

    Congrats on your embies, fx for you!  I am supposed to do 3 day bedrest, first day strict bedrest the next two they said "couch rest".  Good luck!
