Nothing is happening....DH is worried I won't be able to breast feed like I want to and I'm getting worried myself now. I've had a breast reduction over 2 years ago but they never removed my nipples kept everything intact. I think I'm just looking for reassurance and hoping its normal for nothin to happen during pregnancy then being able to breast feed after baby is born.

Re: Still no leaky boobs
I havent leaked at all either.
Either way is normal. Talk to a LC
the first pregnancy I had colostrom leak out of one boob one time that was some point at the end of the 2nd trimester.
This time nothing and im so happy. It is completely possible to nurse without having any leaks before hand and I prefer it.
This is my second pregnancy and I haven't leaked with either one so far. I was able to express a drop or two at a time during my first pregnancy. With this one I'm able to express more. I successfully nursed DS.
That said, due to the breast reduction I would look into contacting a Lactation Consultant. I would look for someone who has experience working with women who have had breast reductions now. Then just keep their number handy in case you run into difficulties once little one is here.
