We stopped when I got pregnant with #3. Aiden has called Emily, Baby, since day one. When I got my BFP we told him you can't call the new baby, Baby and Emily, Baby. He said OK and started calling Emily, Emmy! It was pretty great. I hope he and Emily will call this baby by their name though.

I started typing that I don't think I do. But then I realized that I regularly say to her, "babies aren't supposed to do that" or "that's not for babies". The rest of the time I call her by her name, I think. But DH and I regularly look at her and say, "whoa! she looks like a kid!"
We still refer to them as the babies, no idea when that's going to stop (don't want to stop!) and I'm not even worried about it interfering with new baby, cause it's plural I can call them babies forever!

Re: Do you still call LO a baby?
Yes, but definitely less often.
He'll be married with his own kids and I'll still call him a baby LOL.
