Amonia smell

Do I need to do something to get rid of it or is it normal? I only smell it when he has soaked a diaper and I'm taking it off

    It's only diapers that are really, really wet (over nights) and it's amonia for sure. I wash with rock and green. I do a cold per rinse, 2 tbs of detergent, hot wash, double rinse and a final cold rinse. I do have hard water but am using regular water detergent. Could that be causing it?

    Rock and green. It is only over nights that have been on for about 8 hours. I increases my detergent amount because we were having barnyard issues. Should I try one and a half tbs?

    I had to switch off of RnG because I had consistent stink issues.  3 washes in with Tiny Bubbles, and I haven't had smells.
