Thank you guys so much for your help last night, it reduced my stress a lot. Here's the lowdown:
~ DS did great. The "kid korner" lady was awesome!
~ Trainer kicked my arse, but...
~ DS cried after around 30 minutes and they came to get me. (That saved me from more pain and the uncomfortable "I can't afford you" conversation.)
~ I learned some machines and free weight techniques (and my body fat %). *cough*
~ I will try classes next and figure out what's for me.
Y'all seriously helped me over my anxiety and I appreciate it!
*cheers*
Have a great weekend!
Re: F/U to "if you belong to a gym" post
Awesome! My gym time is so crucial to me - I hope you enjoy it as well.
When I first started taking my DD with me, they would come get me every week or so because she would cry. We just kept sticking it out, and now I can't even remember the last time she was upset.

My boobies belong to cour10e
I wish it was mine!! I am super allergic though, so I have to love them from afar
When I first started taking my son the the gym daycare he only lasted about 30 minutes before he started fussing. After a few weeks, he was happy to stay there as longer than I was willing to exercise!
Im glad things went so well for you and I'm sure your son will have more and more fun there and it will make you feel great too
Good to know. Thank you!
(Also, I am from Denton - I love the Stock Yards!)
