  I am sorry I felt like my head was spinning with 2 the first 6 months. The best advice was given from a mom with 2 sets of twins 18 months apart. Get everyone on a schedule as quickly as possible. Even diaper changes are on schedule unless someone poops.

  I'll be commiserating with you in the near future, I'm sure. I'm just hoping 3u3 is a tad easier than caring for 2u2 while pg.

  I agree with the bold part.  We have been on a schedule from day one with DS1.  I don't find it overwhelming because we just accommodated a new LO into the schedule.  GL and it will get easier.
